You are cordially invited to participate in this event. Each candidate will be given the following time limits for speaking: 

7: 30 Welcome/Introductions by Moderator _____________________ followed by Candidates Opening Statements (2 minutes each), 
Question and Answer Period (a minute and a half each), Closing Statements (2 minutes each), Moderator's Closing Statement .
